Anforderungen
- Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record driving revenue growth, developing strategic business opportunities, and executing complex commercial agreements
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior leaders, customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience leading complex negotiations and managing large-scale business initiatives
- Strong business acumen with effective communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
