Anforderungen
- •University or Master’s degree preferred
- •Experience in Storage & Data Services market including Software and Cloud
- •+10 years of working experience in IT sales environment
- •+5 years’ experience in people management/leadership
- •Demonstrated excellence in sales, business and people management
- •High knowledge and connection with channel partners and end customers
- •Experience in deal project management, business planning, execution and control
- •Ability to develop, mentor, inspire, and motivate people
- •Successfully driven transformation of organization and individuals
- •Dynamic character challenging status quo and fostering creativity
- •Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- •High level of responsibility and confidence
- •Business fluency in German and English, French beneficial

- •Lead a team of about 15 storage sales and presales specialists
- •Manage the P&L for a Storage Business exceeding $70M annually
- •Communicate team direction aligned with the business unit's vision and strategy
- •Drive sales motion towards growth and increased profitability
- •Recruit, develop, and retain talent to create a high-performing team
- •Coach team members to achieve best-in-class sales performance
- •Orchestrate major customer engagements to enhance customer experience
- •Engage with customer and partner executives to understand their business context
- •Build trust and deliver HPE’s value proposition to customers
- •Create early-stage opportunities by managing relationships with top customers and partners
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize team efficiency and customer success
- •Assist the team in overcoming barriers and obstacles
- •Establish sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management
- •Manage sales planning and follow up for consistent execution
- •Provide timely sales forecasts and conduct won/loss deal analysis
