Anforderungen
- 10-15 years in brand marketing, communications, media strategy, and innovation
- Experience in FMCG/CPG or restaurant industry
- Proven experience in multi-market / regional roles
- Track record of building bold, effective creative and integrated campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital and social platforms, creator ecosystems, and emergent youth culture behaviors
- Proven ability to lead agencies, manage cross-functional teams, and influence C-suite partners
- Ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating matrixed, multi-market environments
- Strong capability in building strategies, designing frameworks, simplifying complexity, and enabling execution
- Passion for new trends, creativity, media, and great tasting food
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Shape and champion a cohesive EMEA brand strategy
- Translate global brand positioning into practical frameworks
- Partner with franchisee CMOs to refine market-level priorities
- Serve as the senior brand advisor to markets
- Set the standard for breakthrough creative work across EMEA
- Lead the development of campaign playbooks and brand assets
- Partner with markets on creative brief development and agency best practices
- Ensure communication materials align with brand voice and identity
- Oversee the regional innovation agenda and integration with brand strategy
- Build a pipeline balancing core innovation and brand-building offers
- Ensure innovation workstreams connect with key markets for rollout
- Strengthen the brand by ensuring great tasting food and unique attributes
- Lead the regional media strategy for effective channel presence
- Guide markets on media planning principles and channel architecture
- Build relationships with media platforms and agencies for innovation
- Ensure creative and media work align for social-driven campaigns
- Partner with markets to enhance digital maturity and integration
- Build a region-wide social strategy for relevance with young adults
- Lead development of creator and influencer partnership strategies
- Champion rapid, platform-native ways of working and creative experimentation
- Develop playbooks to elevate social craft and cultural fluency
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships for brand relevance
- Strengthen execution of global licensing programs
- Drive collaborations that reinforce brand distinctiveness
- Act as the senior marketing partner to country CMOs
- Partner with Global brand teams for EMEA representation
- Lead and mentor a diverse team across various functions
- Set a culture of creativity and data-driven decision making
- Develop talent capability across the region
