- Identify and engage top-tier passive and active talent
- Develop specialized sourcing strategies for each requisition
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS for reporting
- Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews in Berlin
- Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates
- Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and managers
- Organize onsite hiring events and meetups in Berlin
- Collaborate with the People Team on HR best practices
