- Proactively hunt for top talent through LinkedIn, networks, and referrals
- Build a pipeline of future leaders aligned with growth plans
- Challenge role definitions, seniority levels, and hiring priorities
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience for senior candidates
- Improve hiring processes, tools, and data continuously
- Support onboarding to ensure new leaders are effective from day one
- Mentor and coach junior Talent Partners
