Anforderungen
- 2–4 years Talent Sourcing experience
- Advanced experience with sourcing tools and ATS
- Fluent German and DACH market experience
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Resilient, analytical, and data-driven mindset
Aufgaben
- Design advanced sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Collaborate with the Head of People and TA Business Partners
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and local sourcing platforms
- Build and nurture pipelines of pre-qualified candidates
- Calibrate role requirements with internal stakeholders
- Provide weekly insights on market feasibility and talent availability
- Manage candidate data within the Lever ATS
- Create personalized outreach campaigns via email and InMail
- Partner with Employer Branding on engagement initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity, layoffs, and salary trends
- Share market intelligence and candidate motivations with the team
- Execute hands-on tasks for broader TA projects
- Maintain a respectful and transparent candidate experience
