Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR role
  • Exposure to international or multi‑country HR topics
  • Knowledgeable in Swiss market practices
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles
  • Understanding of regulatory considerations
  • Understanding of relevant market practices
  • Hands‑on experience with equity‑based variable compensation
  • Experience with employee share options, RSUs, or similar long‑term incentive plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident working with Excel and HR data
  • High attention to detail
  • Structured, reliable, well‑organized approach
  • Independent work ethic
  • Strong “can‑do” attitude
  • Pragmatic, solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset
  • Clear and pragmatic communication in English
