- Process payroll end-to-end for approximately 750 employees
- Manage employee hires, terminations, and data changes
- Process salary changes
- Review and verify payroll-relevant data
- Handle social security matters
- Manage family allowances
- Process daily accident and sickness benefits
- Administer pension fund contributions
- Process withholding tax
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Generate payroll reports for Accounting
- Contribute to optimizing payroll processes
- Support the development of the new payroll system, Papaya
- Advise employees on employment and social insurance matters
- Advise line managers on employment and social insurance matters
- Advise external stakeholders on employment and social insurance matters
- Support during audits
- Prepare reports for financial statements
- Assist with annual financial statement preparation
- Prepare salary certificates
- Support P&C Administration with complex social insurance cases
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager
