- •Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies
- •Ability to analyze and interpret HR data
- •Experience in planning and executing HR projects and initiatives
- •Expertise in the entire recruitment process
- •Knowledge in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee development plans
- •Understanding of compensation systems and employee benefits
