Aufgaben
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Europe, focusing on the DACH region and supporting global projects
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Lead intake meetings and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes
- Manage offers and support onboarding activities
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Facilitate hiring decisions through structured and objective assessment
- Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and labor legislation
- Track recruitment KPIs and report on hiring activities and performance
- Support and contribute to other HR projects
