Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Commercial apprenticeship, further education in accounting, management controlling, or certified fiduciary
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in accounting and/or finance role in international organization; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Expertise in accounting and financial reporting
- Proven stakeholder management skills for financial close processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and local GAAP

Aufgaben
- Assist Swiss Controller Group with accounting activities
- Collaborate with Entity Controllers Group and ESS
- Coordinate with Commercial Finance teams globally
- Book transactions timely and accurately
- Ensure financial reporting completeness and accuracy
- Maintain financial accounts per statutory and U.S. GAAP
- Apply appropriate accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare external financial reports
- Cooperate with ESS Center in Lisbon
- Execute local control procedures
- Document key controls
- Complete and control month-end closing activities
- Perform Revenue Recognition analysis
- Oversee Order-to-Cash activities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Internal Control
- Work with Direct Tax, VAT, and Treasury
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Handle income tax reporting
- Ensure correct accounting treatment of bookings
- Review trial balance periodically
- Identify and resolve open items
- Work with Transfer Pricing Team
- Ensure accurate asset accounting
- Manage local statutory and tax ledgers
- Prepare annual report per local GAAP
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Meet SOX 404 requirements
- Perform and document internal controls
