Aufgaben
- Support accurate monthly payroll processing using ADP Celergo
- Ensure precise payment of wages, salaries, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, and commissions
- Coordinate statutory payments and absence management with HR Business Partner
- Manage employee benefit deductions and pension contributions
- Process employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Handle payroll corrections, backdated payments, and complex one-off adjustments
- Act as primary contact between Skechers and Talenture for retail payroll
- Coordinate and validate monthly payroll inputs to Talenture
- Review and approve payroll outputs from Talenture for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor Talenture's SLA adherence and service quality
- Manage retail-specific payroll elements like shift allowances and seasonal staffing
- Maintain up-to-date retail employee data in Workday
- Support transition or review of outsourced payroll arrangements
- Liaise with store managers and HR Business Partners for payroll-relevant information
- Ensure statutory obligations for retail employees
- Lead designated specialist area based on business needs
- Support critical business projects like systems implementation
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Provide subject matter expertise for assigned payroll populations
- Develop deep knowledge in specific payroll domains
- Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and company policies
- Prepare annual compliance documentation and regulatory reports
- Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation
- Maintain data integrity across payroll and Workday systems
- Resolve complex employee payroll queries
- Communicate pay-related matters and policy changes to employees
- Support employee financial wellbeing initiatives and benefits enrolment
- Develop secondary expertise through cross-training
- Provide backup coverage for colleagues
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Support development of payroll KPIs
- Create management reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Analyse payroll data trends for improvement and cost optimisation
- Provide insights on workforce costs and payroll metrics
- Support business intelligence initiatives with detailed payroll analytics
