- 8+ years of professional experience in capacity planning, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or related field

- Ensure investments in highest priority opportunities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in underutilized locations
- Combine data-driven insights and financial analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally for strategic decisions
- Develop and standardize global warehouse capacity methodologies
- Analyze warehouse layouts for optimization
- Centralize and standardize global technical specifications
- Maintain centralized visibility of capacity and utilization
- Identify future capacity constraints and opportunities
- Evaluate and recommend warehouse expansions
- Recommend new warehouse investments
- Evaluate lease renewals and consolidation opportunities
- Validate financial business cases
- Align with Global Finance policies
- Explore innovative solutions
- Implement digital twins and simulation tools
- Use advanced analytics to improve accuracy
