Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
- 8+ years professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or related field
- Proven experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets
- Strong experience utilizing telematics platforms and fleet analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, total cost of ownership evaluation, and CAPEX business case development
- Advanced analytical skills with experience developing reporting and performance dashboards
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution
- English (intermediate-advanced); Spanish/Portuguese preferred

Aufgaben
- Develop global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization
- Lead optimization of owned and leased material handling equipment
- Utilize telematics and operational data to improve asset utilization
- Conduct fleet rightsizing analysis using benchmarking and data
- Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities for fleet ownership
- Evaluate fleet investment requests and recommend capital allocation
- Validate financial business cases for fleet investments
- Collaborate with Global Procurement to improve fleet performance
- Support strategic fleet initiatives and align with warehouse productivity
- Maintain Global Technical Specifications for material handling equipment
- Enhance fleet governance across all zones
- Explore innovative solutions for equipment optimization
