- Own the global Long-Term Capacity Planning (LTCP) process
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and scale footprint
- Create a 10-year major investment roadmap (CAPEX)
- Secure asset strategy and ensure sustainable growth
- Provide strategic intelligence and benchmarking
- Support strategy development with industry data
- Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D
- Facilitate seamless delivery of strategic initiatives
- Establish governing principles for global investment and footprint management
- Transition organization to an integrated global network
- Orchestrate senior leadership influence to gain consensus
- Align GOLT and GOLT-1 leaders on resource prioritization
- Bridge commercial strategy and execution capability
- Embed GO feasibility assessments in corporate strategy
- Manage high-stakes conflict between global functions
- Balance competing CAPEX demands
- Present global footprint health and investment recommendations
- Coach team members in business case development
- Coach team members in strategic planning
- Analyze systemic friction points using Systems Thinking
- Design enterprise-level architectures
