Anforderungen
- Solid work experience in Quality Control in GMP environment
- Solid hands-on experience with ELISA, HPLC, or iCIEF
- Experience in analytical method validation and transfer is a plus
- Apprenticeship as Lab technician, Bachelor, Master or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- Knowledge of lab quality systems like LIMS, Tiamo or CDS like Empower/Chromeleon
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-pacing project environment
- Proactive attitude
Aufgaben
- Contribute to setting up a new QC lab
- Perform routine analysis of release and stability tests
- Execute method validation and transfer activities
- Facilitate implementation of physico-chemical methods
- Ensure release of life-saving medicines
- Conduct physico-chemical and biochemical testing
- Follow cGMP and existing method SOPs
- Document assay execution under cGMP
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Flag relevant observations to supervisor
- Prepare mobile phases
- Calibrate equipment
- Maintain 6S standards
- Manage lab consumables
- Support equipment maintenance
- Participate in validation and transfer activities
- Contribute to project introductions
- Investigate and troubleshoot assigned tasks
- Author cGMP documents
- Create procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain quality records (OOE/OOS, CAPA)
