Anforderungen
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical visual inspection (manual, semi-automated, automated)
- Experience across multiple inspection technologies
- Knowledge of visual inspection machine qualification
- Knowledge of product validation
- Experience with Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) is preferred
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
- Process and standards building from ground up
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English or German
- Fluency in both English and German is an advantage
- Relevant scientific or engineering degree preferred
- Equivalent technical training with substantial industry experience considered
Aufgaben
- Lead development of automated and semi-automated inspection processes
- Qualify and validate inspection and container closure integrity testing
- Implement robust defect detection and product quality measures
- Support production staff with scientific expertise
- Ensure GMP compliance for qualification and validation activities
- Prepare for operational takeover of inspection and testing systems
- Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory aspects
- Conduct risk analysis and prepare relevant procedures
- Execute technical improvements and process troubleshooting
- Lead and participate in change controls and deviations
- Analyze data to provide process understanding and identify root causes
- Represent VI and CCIT during regulatory inspections and audits
