Aufgaben
- Drive complex drug product transfers from development to commercial launch
- Guide harmonization and standardization across manufacturing sites
- Oversee process setup and scale-up activities
- Manage GMP change control and implementation
- Provide technical leadership for high-impact projects
- Act as global subject matter expert for process technology transfer
- Shape technical strategy and ensure global standard alignment
- Serve as primary technical contact for technology transfer
- Define and monitor project scope, timing, and progress
- Lead on-site technical support during batch execution
- Manage new product introduction and process implementation
- Develop and review technical transfer and validation documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory standards
- Support critical GMP deviations and CAPA implementation
