- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Fluent in English
Aufgaben
- Lead OT infrastructure project planning and delivery
- Implement global OT domain architecture
- Align OT architecture with enterprise security standards
- Improve OT authentication and authorization governance
- Enable centralized OT user account management
- Integrate OT management with MyAccess IAM
- Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy systems
- Coordinate IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage project risks and reporting
- Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies
- Ensure delivery aligns with GxP standards
- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements
- Lead steering committee meetings
- Provide executive-level reporting
- Maintain project documentation
- Maintain project governance standards
- Maintain project delivery tracking
