- Plan, control, and oversee project deliverables
- Manage team members and third-party vendors
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve as liaison between company and clients
- Travel to client sites occasionally
- Execute projects within margin targets and customer schedules
- Report resource demand and financial aspects
- Apply advanced project management techniques
- Develop business team strategic plans
- Manage single projects or portfolios of up to 20 projects
- Handle subcontracts for labor and fixed-price deliverables
- Meet project schedule, margin, and customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to customer partnerships
- Prepare and negotiate variation orders
- Complete project administration and maintain files
- Coach less-experienced engineers
- Lead internal project process improvements
- Schedule resources to meet project plan requirements
