Aufgaben
- Lead technical aspects of the project
- Manage technical relationships with customers and partners
- Oversee system configuration and requirement management
- Ensure technical consistency and interface specifications
- Manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as main point of contact for technical subjects
- Build optimized solutions balancing technical performance and cost
- Ensure consistency between rolling stock and signaling scopes
- Validate hypotheses for performance calculations
- Support homologation process with the customer
- Lead preliminary and final design phases
- Develop and motivate the Engineering Project/Tender team
- Implement engineering methods and tools
- Ensure knowledge transfer from previous projects
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project goals
