Aufgaben
- Conduct train tests according to procedures and schedules
- Identify and report critical issues affecting reliability
- Support product performance by resolving critical issues
- Understand and apply customer acceptance criteria
- Adhere strictly to test procedures
- Ensure all serial test procedures are completed
- Manage and document test failures promptly
- Escalate unresolved deviations to the Test Manager
- Propose process improvements
- Collaborate transparently with team members
- Maintain good working relationships with Test Engineering Technicians and Industrial Quality
- Report outdated testing tools
- Monitor and track KPI performance
- Understand reliability acceptance criteria at train and system levels
- Support stakeholders in defining reliability measures
- Analyze data to identify issues and root causes
- Contribute to the resolution of significant reliability issues
- Support the analysis and resolution of field-identified issues
