Anforderungen

• •More than 8 years of relevant work experience in private equity sales or investments
• •Understanding of private banking environment, products, technology, and financial instruments
• •Proven self-starter with ability to operate independently
• •Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
• •High degree of business and commercial awareness
• •Strong sales skills
• •Good team player with strong willingness to contribute
• •Fluency in English; German would be a plus
• •Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• •Willingness to travel

Aufgaben

• •Drive distribution of private assets
• •Participate in client meetings with private bankers and portfolio managers
• •Act as asset class specialist in collaboration with the Private Assets team
• •Ensure representation of private assets in investment views and strategies
• •Train private bankers and investment specialists on private assets
• •Create effective marketing materials
• •Design distribution roadmaps and identify legal structures
• •Understand regulatory distribution requirements and tax implications
• •Define operational processes for successful delivery
• •Review risks and issues impacting delivery
