Aufgaben
- Process and validate distributor orders in SAP
- Audit and amend orders as needed
- Conduct compliance checks and value-added service requests
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistic Service Providers for order release holds
- Ensure order accuracy and timely release
- Prepare and maintain seasonal customs tables
- Gather, validate, and consolidate customs information
- Reduce back-and-forth communication by structuring processes
- Build and distribute automated reports via Power Automate and Power BI
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and audience-specific
- Manage and troubleshoot internal platforms
- Handle access management and platform updates
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support
- Identify and automate manual or repetitive tasks
- Lead or contribute to improvement initiatives
- Work with the analytics team on automation projects
- Document ways of working
- Contribute to building a scalable operational model
