Aufgaben
- Process and validate distributor orders in SAP
- Audit and handle value-added service requests
- Ensure compliance with order amendments
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistic Service Providers for order release
- Maintain order accuracy and meet shipment deadlines
- Prepare and maintain seasonal customs tables
- Gather and validate customs information from distributors
- Consolidate required information for customs clearance
- Structure and clarify communication to reduce back-and-forth
- Build and distribute automated reports via Power Automate and Power BI
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for all stakeholders
- Manage and troubleshoot internal platforms (SharePoint, documentation tools)
- Handle access management and platform updates
- Identify and automate manual or repetitive tasks
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Work with the analytics team on improvement projects
- Document and refine operational processes
- Contribute to building a scalable operational model
