- Ability to crunch numbers and present clear stories to VPs
- Comfortable challenging senior colleagues as a trusted partner
- Self-driven with ability to structure work and set priorities
- Energised by complexity, not overwhelmed by it
- Ability to deliver process reliably and think about improvements
- Progressive experience in supply chain planning
- Experience in inventory/supply planning, demand planning, and S&OP management
- Background in apparel, fashion, outdoor, or seasonal business
- Confident with Excel
- Experienced with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Comfortable working with forecasting tools
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in a cross-functional, matrix environment
- Fluency in English
- Additional European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Run the monthly S&OP cycle
- Lead monthly channel preparation meetings
- Collect inputs from all revenue streams
- Debate assumptions in channel meetings
- Consolidate the corporate forecast
- Present forecast to senior leadership
- Conduct scenario analysis
- Assess risks and opportunities
- Update systems post-sign-off
- Report to global US teams
- Own inventory and KPI reporting
- Track inventory KPIs
- Identify deviations from targets
- Recommend corrective actions
- Communicate shipment forecasts
- Support Distribution Center workforce planning
- Handle ad hoc analyses
- Respond to regional and global Finance and Supply Chain requests
- Diagnose current process pain points
- Propose a clear improvement roadmap
- Work with analytics team
- Replace legacy tools with fit-for-purpose solutions
- Articulate requirements for new tools
- Improve input collection from channel partners
- Create better templates
- Ask sharper questions
- Ensure early visibility on risks
- Build trusted partnerships
- Engage with channel directors
- Collaborate with senior leadership
- Work with DC teams
- Engage with global stakeholders
- Participate in key conversations
- Adapt communication to different audiences
