Anforderungen
- Ability to crunch numbers and present clear stories to VPs
- Comfortable challenging senior colleagues as a trusted partner
- Self-driven with ability to structure work and set priorities
- Energised by complexity and challenging cycles
- Ability to deliver process reliably and think about improvements
- 7-10 years progressive experience in supply chain
- Experience in inventory/supply planning, demand planning, S&OP management
- Background in apparel, fashion, outdoor, or seasonal business
- Confident with Excel
- Experienced with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Comfortable working with forecasting tools
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience operating in cross-functional, matrix environment
- Fluency in English
- Additional European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Run the monthly S&OP cycle
- Lead monthly channel preparation meetings
- Collect inputs and debate assumptions across revenue streams
- Consolidate and present corporate forecast to senior leadership
- Conduct scenario analysis, risk, and opportunity assessment
- Update systems post-sign-off
- Report to global US teams
- Own inventory and KPI reporting
- Track inventory KPIs
- Identify deviations from targets
- Recommend corrective actions
- Communicate shipment forecasts to Distribution Centers
- Handle ad hoc analyses
- Diagnose current process pain points
- Propose a clear improvement roadmap
- Work with analytics team to replace legacy tools
- Articulate requirements for new tools
- Improve input collection from channel partners
- Develop better templates and questions
- Ensure earlier visibility on risks
- Build trusted partnerships with channel directors
- Establish relationships with senior leadership
- Collaborate with DC teams and global stakeholders
- Participate in informal business conversations
- Adapt communication style to different audiences
- Drive process improvements
- Modernize S&OP tooling
- Enhance process efficiency and impact
