- Experience in POC model (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of local statutory accounting/audit requirements
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements (advantageous)
- Experience working with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and German or French (C1 level)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong leadership capabilities
Aufgaben
- Lead local controllership function
- Oversee 30+ country ledgers
- Provide financial oversight for Swiss business
- Ensure accurate US GAAP accounting
- Manage financial close processes
- Handle accruals and provisions
- Perform account reconciliations
- Conduct financial closing and consolidation
- Oversee Procure-to-Pay processes
- Process invoices and payments
- Manage travel and expense reports
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support standardization initiatives
- Prepare quarterly and year-end reports
- Maintain internal control framework
- Document SOX requirements
- Collaborate with Group Controller
- Coordinate with Centers of Excellence
- Act as primary contact for internal audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting
- Manage statutory reporting and tax accounting
- Serve as main contact for external auditors
- Work with tax authorities and external advisors
- Coordinate Finance activities with global teams
- Lead Shared Service Center teams
- Partner with FP&A and Consolidation teams
- Collaborate with Revenue Assurance teams
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Engage with external auditors and consultants
- Interact with tax authorities
