- Oversee global promotion process
- Drive senior promotion process for 2026/2027
- Initiate and manage internal mobility programs
- Develop and maintain internal talent marketplace
- Lead projects within People, Brand & Marketing unit
- Support colleagues in driving strategic HR topics
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure talent strategy success
- Contribute to the overall talent management journey
- Participate actively in various HR initiatives
