- Partner with GPS business owners to identify new opportunities
- Evaluate and drive new business partnerships and growth plans
- Support GPS teams in project and change management
- Collaborate with Group Strategy and Finance on strategic execution
- Define and drive team objectives with the Head of GPS
- Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations
- Develop and deliver high-quality strategy papers and analyses
- Assess strategic partnerships and inorganic business opportunities
- Drive the rollout of new business projects and initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends globally
- Provide GPS updates to management committees
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Adhere to user manuals and guidelines
- Demonstrate values of honesty, integrity, and fair dealing
- Manage conflicts of interest and ensure competence
- Practice due care and diligence in all tasks
- Maintain adequate risk management practices
