Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Org Psychology, or related field
- Several years progressive HR experience, strong in advisory or business partnering
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience handling complex employee relations and sensitive situations
- Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, organizational development
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence and build trust
- Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution approach
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze people data, identify trends, propose actionable insights
