- Manage the multi-functional Pastry team with four direct reports
- Lead Global 7Days Brand Equity, Portfolio, Innovation, Communication, and Activation
- Partner with senior stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally
- Elevate the long-term business model
- Unlock new Vectors of Growth and whitespace opportunities
- Drive Commercial Acceleration, Activation, and Business Delivery
- Formulate Global 7Days Brand Strategy and Equity
- Oversee Portfolio, Renovation, and Core Innovation
- Consolidate and manage P&L, including reviews and roll-outs
- Lead the Chipita Back-to-Business Case Roadmap
- Provide Pastry End-to-End cross-functional leadership
