- •12+ years senior commercial beverage experience
- •Management of large global customers
- •Success in opening new business
- •Multinational environment leadership experience
- •Negotiation, analytical, and relationship skills
- •Highly preferred people management experience
- •Fluency in English
- •Advantageous German, Spanish, or French
- •Commutable to Baar or relocation
- •Retail and foodservice channel exposure
- •Understanding of e-commerce business models

- •Shape commercial approaches for e-commerce ecosystems
- •Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- •Resolve international customer issues proactively
- •Monitor global market trends and competitive behaviors
- •Report account performance to the Executive Committee
- •Promote customer-centric thinking across the organization
