- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience

- Advise customers on advanced operational strategies
- Mitigate risks in technically complex accounts
- Deliver cross-disciplinary solutions to customer challenges
- Accelerate time-to-value for MongoDB deployments
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews for Enterprise accounts
- Analyze technical health and risk
- Translate insights into business outcomes
- Partner with senior leaders to align on objectives
- Champion mutual success plans
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Drive customer maturity and lifetime value
- Manage diverse Enterprise customer portfolios
- Create and execute value realization strategies
- Track and report progress against business outcomes
- Provide informed predictions to senior leadership
- Identify new opportunities to expand customer impact
- Collaborate with presales teams
- Maintain accurate customer insights in internal systems
- Leverage AI to enhance customer engagement
- Influence MongoDB’s product roadmap
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Services, and Support
- Connect customers with internal resources
- Engage Executive Sponsors
- Contribute to regional and global best practices
- Support team growth through interviews and onboarding
- Coach peers for development and knowledge-sharing
