Anforderungen
- Prior experience as Senior Customer Success Manager/Director, Account Manager/Director, or similar role
- Proven track record in Customer Success environment
- Ability to build executive-level relationships
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
- Experience with global enterprise clients
- Ability to drive value from SaaS product suite
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking
- Experience with digital marketing or social media solutions in SaaS
- Proactive approach to work, ability to operate autonomously

- Establish client goals and KPIs
- Support clients in achieving objectives
- Conduct account analysis and planning
- Identify and mitigate customer risks
- Identify opportunities for account growth
- Foster customer advocacy
- Identify co-marketing opportunities
