- Experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems
- Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases
- Experience in fast-growing or unstructured environments
Aufgaben
- Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
- Serve as primary contact for assigned blockchain partners
- Align partner objectives with Tether’s strategic priorities
- Design and execute high-impact growth projects with blockchain partners
- Drive Tether asset adoption through real-world use cases
- Develop strategies to expand asset usage and circulation
- Create scalable, sustainable projects within blockchain ecosystems
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with regional expansion, economics, and marketing teams
- Monitor and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness
- Ensure initiatives meet defined objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve execution, project structure, and partner outcomes
- Identify and drive new opportunities forward
- Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to internal leadership
- Analyze partner and project performance for recommendations
