- Promote health and safety in assigned classes
- Participate in professional development and staff training
- Contribute to staff meetings
- Organize trips, excursions, and fieldtrips
- Lead extracurricular activities
- Enhance professional standing of teaching staff
- Promote positive relations between French department and community
- Participate in departmental publications and competitions
