Anforderungen
- •Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- •Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling
- •Skilled at closing deals independently
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish, German, and English
- •Resilience, ambition, and proactivity
- •Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- •Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack
- •Bachelor’s degree preferred
- •Driving license
- •Genuine passion for healthcare, innovation, and impact through technology

- •Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by converting key accounts
- •Articulate the value proposition through tailored presentations and demos
- •Engage buying centers at hospitals, ambulatory groups, and pharmaceutical companies
- •Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and lead generation
- •Work with Product & Delivery to ensure seamless onboarding
- •Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot
- •Provide feedback to shape go-to-market strategy and inform product development
