  • Written and verbal German and English
  • Network of senior MedTech contacts
  • Experience in medtech or pharma (Advantageous)
  • Familiarity with regulated organization buyer personas
  • Experience with land-and-expand enterprise growth
  • Experience coordinating complex evaluations
  • Proactive and self-motivated nature
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to high-quality work
  • Comfort with self-sourced pipeline
  • European citizenship or active working visa

Aufgaben

  • Manage the enterprise revenue cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Design tailored solutions alongside sales engineers
  • Lead commercial negotiations and expansion strategies
  • Source pipeline using a named-account model
  • Build account plans and outbound sequences
  • Develop referral paths and event-driven pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to convert events into executive meetings
  • Align VP and C-level stakeholders around business cases
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies across business units
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and MEDDICC forecasting
  • Improve the enterprise sales playbook and collateral
