- •5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- •At least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling
- •Proven success exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments
- •Fluent in German (C1+) and English (C1+)
- •Strong grasp of multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies
- •Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows
- •Skilled at developing trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- •Self-starter with a bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
