  • •Specialist in occupational Safety (CFST, STPS or equivalent)
  • •Solid professional experience in Occupational Safety & Health
  • •Experience in research, laboratory, technical, or industrial environments
  • •Solid knowledge of occupational Safety principles and practices
  • •Leadership and ability to influence Safe behaviors
  • •Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • •Teaching, coaching and facilitation skills
  • •Autonomous work and team collaboration skills
  • •Fluency in French and English

Aufgaben

  • •Develop the center's occupational safety strategy and roadmap
  • •Implement safety initiatives and roadmap improvement actions
  • •Track safety KPIs and contribute to reporting
  • •Oversee on-site compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • •Conduct safety inspections, observations, and hazard identification
  • •Promote a proactive safety culture through field dialogues
  • •Report safety incidents and manage investigation follow-ups
  • •Train and coach staff on safe work practices
