Leading sales managers for customer acquisition and cloud offering expansion at #1 AI CRM provider. Proven track record developing impactful sales organizations required. Extensive travel for market expansion.
Anforderungen
- 1st or 2nd line leadership experience leading teams in strategic and/or industry sales
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining an impactful sales organization
- Marketing and/or Commerce Subject Matter Expertise or willingness to close potential gaps
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Proven relationships with key stakeholders across all industries
- 8+ years in software and/or applications sales ideally selling to CMO/Executive level
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers
- C-suite level resources aligned with internal leadership teams
- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization
- Value-based, customer outcome-focused sales motion
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications strongly preferred
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Fluency in both German and English

- Lead a team of motivated Managers and Account Executives
- Set and execute a customer acquisition strategy
- Generate annual growth in ACV bookings
- Maintain key customer relationships
- Develop strategies for expanding Marketing & Commerce Cloud
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Manage the overall sales process
- Set metrics for sales funnel management
- Plan and manage at strategic and operational levels
- Collaborate with field teams across various functions
- Establish trusted relationships with corporate teams
