Aufgaben
- Provide project controls management and technical leadership
- Report to the Regional Head of Project Delivery
- Apply decision-making processes
- Define roles and responsibilities
- Gain alignment with key stakeholders and project management team
- Manage project controls resources
- Manage risk, change, cost, and schedule for capital projects
- Define project priorities
- Close coordination across disciplines
- Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and mitigations
- Contribute to project scope development
- Conduct options analysis
- Develop project plans and execution strategies
- Manage resources and develop detailed schedules
- Estimate project costs
- Ensure compliance with Roche Engineering Manual and Global Standards
- Coordinate with EU/Asia Regional Leads
- Maintain consistency in tools and reporting
- Provide timely project information to the Capex PMO
- Communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Adjust communication style to the audience
- Partner proactively with key customers and team members
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Challenge the status quo
- Develop creative solutions within Global Standards
- Lead proactive measures for deviations from project plans
- Manage project controls and functional teams
- Guide external contractors
- Provide clear technical and business process guidance
