Aufgaben
- Update business processes for estimating and forecasting
- Prepare project estimates using work breakdown structures
- Provide technical leadership in assigned functional areas
- Ensure accountability for project estimating and benchmarking
- Monitor and improve estimating and benchmarking processes
- Develop and deploy updated business processes
- Conduct effective training in business processes
- Collaborate with global Community of Practice
- Liaise with local and regional engineering organizations
- Represent Roche to consultants and industry bodies
- Support CAPEX Delivery process improvements
- Engage senior leaders in business strategy development
- Champion the purpose and value of business processes
- Engage the engineering community in process application
- Support feasibility studies with cost and schedule estimates
- Support design and construction projects with funding estimates
- Ensure estimate data is suitable for project planning
- Develop and deploy easy-to-use estimating tools
- Collect and analyze normalized cost and schedule data
- Maintain and expand the CAPEX Benchmarking Database
