- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA)
- Extensive knowledge of GMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Ability to execute complex scopes on mid-to-large scale capital projects
- Willingness to travel significantly (50-80%)
- Willingness to accept international assignments (1-3 years)
Aufgaben
- Provide independent planning, design, and technical leadership
- Lead automation sub-projects from concept to handover
- Define global automation concepts and architectures
- Ensure seamless integration with process equipment and systems
- Manage sub-project budgets and schedules
- Provide regular status updates and risk mitigations
- Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations
- Drive digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Act as key technical interface between departments
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA CFR 21, GAMP 5, and Data Integrity standards
- Lead automation-related qualification and CSV activities
