- Proven expertise in equipment engineering within GxP or stringent regulatory frameworks
- Deep expertise in synthesis systems
- Deep expertise in separation equipment
- Deep expertise in drying technologies
- Deep expertise in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing
- Proven track record in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ)
- Proven track record in commissioning
- Proven track record in FAT/SAT execution within GMP-regulated environment
- Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient knowledge of German (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel significantly (50%+)
- Willingness to accept international assignments of 1 to 3 years
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership for synthetic molecule equipment
- Lead planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with global standards and health authority requirements
- Manage sub-project budgets, schedules, and priorities
- Coordinate across various engineering disciplines
- Interact with global vendors for technical specifications and design reviews
- Contribute to project scope, options analysis, and execution strategies
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures
- Manage sub-project teams and external contractors
- Provide clear guidance and ownership of work packages
- Supervise external engineering firms and service providers
- Ensure timely and quality-compliant project execution
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Ensure equipment meets design specifications prior to handover
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers
- Contribute to the technical growth and professional development of the team
