- Oversee 50 global employees and contractors
- Manage multi-billion CHF CAPEX portfolio
- Synchronize capital project portfolio with PT objectives
- Develop sophisticated business cases for investments
- Ensure projects meet sustainability and cost-to-value goals
- Maintain project approvals, cost controls, and scheduling
- Collaborate with Head of Engineering on safety and regulations
- Sponsor Project Management and Project Controls
- Drive efficient, world-class processes
- Develop technical expertise in leadership
- Integrate agile principles and emerging technologies
