Anforderungen

  • •Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline
  • •Extensive years of progressive and inspiring leadership in CMC development, manufacturing sciences, or related R&D functions
  • •Deep knowledge of global regulatory requirements, product development processes, and CMC and/or product lifecycle management
  • •Demonstrated ability to grasp the changing and dynamic external environment to shape strategy
  • •Exceptional leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and influencing skills
  • •Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
  • •Experience in team leader development, project portfolio management, and developing business processes and tools

Aufgaben

  • •Establish and lead the global CMC development strategy
  • •Integrate industry, regulatory, and scientific trends into CMC approaches
  • •Provide leadership for critical CMC development programs
  • •Oversee CMC portfolio governance and decision-making processes
  • •Ensure timely delivery of CMC packages for submissions
  • •Drive portfolio insight and performance analytics
  • •Create and implement standard systems and tools for portfolio management
  • •Manage CMC strategies, risks, and project execution
  • •Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial stakeholders
  • •Promote a culture of operational excellence and proactive risk management
  • •Lead and develop a team of technical development leaders
  • •Recruit and retain high-potential talents for the team
  • •Build organizational capabilities to meet evolving needs
  • •Contribute to the PTD leadership team's performance and priorities
  • •Engage with key stakeholders in the global project team system
  • •Facilitate communication with senior management regarding CMC issues
