- Lead and manage the transition project
- Ensure successful selection, implementation, and roll-out
- Maintain project quality, stakeholder support, and expected results
- Refine and articulate project scope and goals
- Develop and update project plans and resource requirements
- Conduct progress reviews and quality control
- Prepare project reports
- Ensure compliance with IT project standards
- Oversee data migration and integration
- Ensure compliance with MSF IT requirements
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively
- Analyze and mitigate risks
- Lead communications with stakeholders
- Convene and prepare steering group meetings
- Provide project updates to stakeholders
- Prepare close-out report
- Apply best practices in project management
- Use project management and reporting tools
- Plan, monitor, and adjust the project budget
- Establish and secure funding requests
- Supervise and coach the Business Analyst
- Coordinate colleagues' work and provide support
- Assess and provide feedback on team performance
- Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges
- Inform the Steering Committee for effective decision-making
- Implement change management strategies
- Coordinate external parties' work
- Ensure functional partner responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate work orders
- Manage vendor contracts and deliveries
- Assess and acknowledge deliverables
- Partner with the Global Procurement Unit
- Serve as focal point for contract management
- Participate in International Finance team planning
- Support other International Finance Team initiatives
- Provide suggestions to enhance team performance
