- Extensive experience leading Record-to-Report (RTR) workstreams across SAP ERP and SAP Cloud ERP implementation programmes
- Deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable integration
- Deep expertise in Fixed Assets, Cost and Profit Centre Accounting
- Deep expertise in Internal Orders, Financial Close, Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
- Strong experience in SAP Project Systems and Treasury
- Experience in project accounting, capital expenditure management, budgeting, forecasting
- Experience in project-based financial controls, cash management, liquidity planning
- Experience in bank relationship management and treasury operations
- Exposure to Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Intercompany Reconciliation
- Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
- At least two Greenfield transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud ERP implementation approaches
- Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard methodologies
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori and Clean Core principles
- Experience engaging effectively with business leaders, process owners, technical teams and implementation partners
- Communicating complex concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
- Fluency in English
- Passion for SAP-driven business transformation and innovation
- Advantageous exposure to SAP BRIM
- Advantageous exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) hub environments
- Advantageous exposure to S/4HANA Virtual Data Model (VDM)
- Advantageous exposure to Embedded Analytics
- Advantageous exposure to Business Data Cloud Intelligent Apps
- Advantageous exposure to Joule and ISLM
Aufgaben
- Lead and advise on Record-to-Report (RTR) topics
- Review and validate RTR solutions and business blueprints
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and design sessions
- Ensure RTR solutions align with business objectives and SAP best practices
- Collaborate with functional leads and manage dependencies
- Support governance forums and design authority reviews
- Constructively challenge RTR solution proposals
- Advocate for modern SAP capabilities like SAP Fiori
- Support testing, business readiness, and deployment activities
